30 Years in the Field

My name is Chris Stilwell. I've been in the trades since the mid-1990s — starting as a Senior Project Manager at Gruber Technical Services and building Cable by Design Services into a multi-state operation based out of Goodyear, Arizona.

My specialty is Data Center and Physical Infrastructure — cable plant design, mission-critical communications systems, and construction management for commercial, residential, and Fortune 500 clients across Arizona, Nevada, Texas, California, Alabama, Virginia, and beyond.

I hold active Arizona Low Voltage contractor licenses.

In the field 30 years.  Residencial and Commercial.

Over 22 years running Cable by Design Services, I've managed consult, design, and implementation of communications infrastructure at every scale — from small business buildouts to large complex mission-critical facilities.

Why This Store Exists

After decades of running jobs, I got tired of not having a clean, honest picture of where the money was going. Every tool on the market was either too complicated, too expensive, or built by someone who'd never set foot on a job site.

So I built my own. A high-logic Excel workbook that tracks job costs, flags budget overruns, and tells you exactly where you stand — without a subscription, without a cloud login, and without a learning curve.
