By accessing our store and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products All digital products (job costing dashboards and Excel workbooks) are delivered as downloadable .zip files. You must unzip all files into a single folder to activate the relative-path logic built into the workbooks. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered.

Intellectual Property All dashboard architecture, design, and mascot imagery are proprietary to The Contractors Tool Store. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any digital product purchased from this store.

Physical Products Job Site Fuel coffee orders are fulfilled by a third-party roaster. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Limitation of Liability The Contractors Tool Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
