Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the file has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at cablebydesign@cox.net within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

For Job Site Fuel coffee orders, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
