All Digital Sales Are Final
All products sold by The Contractors Tool Store that are delivered as digital downloads — including all Job Costing Dashboard tiers (Basic, Pro, and Premium) — are non-refundable.
Because our products are digital files that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a download has been made available to you.
Why No Refunds?
The value of our dashboards is in the logic — and that logic is delivered the moment you download. Unlike a physical product, a digital file cannot be "returned." Once you have access to the workbook architecture, the intellectual property has been transferred.
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Each dashboard is tested, documented, and built to perform exactly as described.
Before You Buy
We encourage you to review the full product description, feature list, and system requirements before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for your business, contact us before completing your order:
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
- The file delivered was corrupted and a replacement cannot be provided
In either case, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
Physical Products (Coffee)
For physical products in the Job Site Fuel coffee line, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We will work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
All sales final on digital goods. No exceptions outside of the circumstances listed above.
